Services Provided

We provide deck flashing repair and installation services to residential properties in Seymour, Ansonia, Oxford, and surrounding New Haven County areas. All work is performed in compliance with Connecticut building codes and industry best practices.

Service Area

Primary service areas include Seymour CT (06483), Ansonia CT (06401), and Oxford CT (06478). We may serve additional areas on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your location.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free deck flashing inspections and estimates. Estimates are based on:

• Visual inspection of the deck-to-house connection
• Scope of work required (flashing only vs. structural repairs)
• Materials needed
• Labor and accessibility factors

Final pricing may change if additional damage is discovered during repairs. We will notify you and obtain approval before performing work beyond the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from extreme weather events, structural settling, or homeowner modifications. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by Connecticut law. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, hidden defects discovered after work begins, or damage caused by homeowner negligence.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled inspections or services with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a trip fee.

Permits and Code Compliance

Most deck flashing repairs do not require permits. When permits are required, we will inform you and can assist with obtaining them. All work complies with Connecticut building codes and local ordinances.
